KALANCHOË - also good for tubs
Kalanchoë is a popular house plant. But few people know that it is also
ideal for planting in tubs and can be transplanted outdoors.
It endures drying out between waterings and gladly blooms for two or three months over the summer if transplanted into the garden in May or June. Flower colours become even brighter outside, due to lower temperatures and higher light intensity. The only thing Kalanchoë does not like is frost.
