Poinsettia - did you know?
Poinsettia Day is celebrated on 12 December in 16 European countries and the US.
Its Latin name is Euphorbia, but it is commonly called Poinsettia. The name derives from the US ambassador to Mexico and a keen botanist, Joel R. Poinsett.
He brought the plant home from Mexico to cultivate in his own greenhouse, marking the beginning of what would become one of the most famous cultures in large parts of the world.

New Christmas Star
Euphorbia "Dulce Rosa" is an entirely new hybrid variety, where genetic material from Euphorbia cornuta has successfully been combined with the classic Euphorbia pulcherrima.
The result is a lush plant with almost fluorescent pink petals. “Dulce Rosa” is the first hybrid of this variety to be grown and sold commercially. Benefit from the "Dulce Rosa" to boost your sales in the periods before and after the traditional Christmas cultures.
If you like "Hot Pink", then "Dulce Rosa" is the right choice for you!
