GASA GROUP is taken over Dipex

As of April 1, 2009 GASA GROUP is taking over Dipex Danmark A/S as well as 60 % of Dipex International BV, Holland.

Operations in both Dipex Danmark and Dipex International will be incorporated as soon as possible in the group operations of GASA GROUP. In this way we will be able to achieve the evident synergies in logistics, rent and administration.

- The plant and flower trade has recently changed considerably, and the situation calls for consolidation. With GASA GROUP we have our right partner both to make sure synergies are gained and a solid basis for continued customer service is created, says Lars Adeltoft, manager of Dipex.
